Krysta Reed has been on a path of self discovery and personal healing for over three decades. Her passion for learning, personal growth and living her best life, has blessed her to study with many wise elders and revered teachers, in various parts of the world.

Krysta has acquired a plethora of natural healing practices and tools, to assist others on their healing journey. Her greatest passion is for her Reiki practice. She has lived and breathed the endless, positive benefits of Reiki, for the past 30 years and has facilitated Reiki training workshops, in the Usui lineage, since 2002.

Krysta is deeply honored to pass on the gift of this sacred and ancient, energy healing practice that was discovered in Japan, by Dr. Mikao Usui, in the early 1920’s. She looks forward to sharing her healing gifts with you and supporting you, in truly having the best life!
