Krysta Reed has been on a path of self discovery, personal healing and study in the healing arts, for the past 30 years. She has been blessed to study with many wise elders and revered teachers, in various parts of the world.

Krysta has acquired a plethora of natural healing practices, to assist others on their healing journey. Such as Burmese Massage, Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, Somatics, Trauma Informed skills, Reiki energy healing and Intuitive coaching.

Her greatest passion is for her Reiki practice. Krysta began her Level 1 training in the Usui lineage of Reiki energy healing in Sydney, Australia in 1995, then she completed her Level 2 Reiki training in 1997 in Nelson, BC and in 2002, she completed her Reiki Master/Teacher training in Victoria, BC. Krysta has been facilitating Reiki training workshops since 2004.

Krysta opened "The Reiki Centre" in Courtney, BC in 2009 and relocated her practice to Vancouver, BC in 2013 and then to Salt Spring Island, BC in 2022.

Krysta has lived and breathed the endless, positive benefits of Reiki and natural healing modalities, since young adulthood. She believes that when the "whole person" is nourished and supported in becoming one's best self, then the body, mind, spirit, heart and soul one can truly experience peace and optimum health.

Krysta has had a strong intuitive sense, since she was a child and has continued to develop this gift over the years. She is deeply honoured to share her healing gifts with you in her one-on-one sessions and also in her Reiki training workshops.
